Ivars Ozolins, MBA

For over two decades, Ivars Ozolins has been sharing the principles and practices of cultivating high performance and resilience. He applies this in his coaching and consulting work, having personally advised leaders from companies such as Sony, Disney, Nestlé, Nike, HP, William Morris Agency and the US Army, plus scores of innovators, entrepreneurs and elite athletes.

A recognized authority on developing leaders, Ivars has been an invited guest speaker and panelist at graduate programs at USC and UCLA Executive Education, as well as at national and international conferences including Lean Innovation Summit, American Society for Training & Development, HR Strategy Forum, Product Development Management Association, Team Management Systems, and the International Consortium for Executive Development Research.

Ivars earned his MBA with an emphasis on leadership and strategy from the University of Southern California, and graduated from the world renowned Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University. He serves on the National Board of Directors of Kids Korps USA, a non-profit dedicated to providing leadership opportunities through volunteerism. In addition, he has served as a volunteer fire fighter in Los Angeles for many years. He and his family reside in Southern California.
